Lead Filter ("Lead Filter," the "Service") is provided by Number One Contractors ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about contractors and other visitors who use leadfilteros.com and the Lead Filter dashboard.

It does not cover the homeowner-facing estimators our contractors run on their own websites. Each estimator has its own privacy and cookie policy, and for the personal information of homeowners who use those estimators, the contractor is the controller and we act as their service provider (processor) under our agreement with them.

Account information: your name, email address, and the password you set (passwords are handled by our authentication provider and stored only in hashed form).

Business and estimator information: your company name, service area, branding, pricing settings, notification preferences, and the contact details you choose to display.

Billing information: your subscription tier and payment status. Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not collect or store your full card or bank details; PayPal handles them under its own policies.

Support communications: messages you send us by email and the contents of those messages.

When you use the Service we and our providers may collect your IP address, general device and browser information, and the pages you view, along with a session identifier stored on your device to keep you signed in and to protect the Service against abuse.

When homeowners use estimators built on our platform, we collect anonymized, aggregated data about estimate activity, such as the trade, the general region, the project size, the price range shown, and whether the estimate led to a captured lead. This data contains no homeowner names, contact details, or other personal information, and is not used to identify any individual.

We use this aggregate data to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including improving pricing templates and developing benchmarking and conversion insights for contractors. Where we make such insights available, they are presented only in aggregated form that does not reveal any individual contractor or homeowner.

Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;

Process your subscription and send billing and account notifications;

Respond to your support requests and contact you about your account and the Service;

Develop aggregate, de-identified insights as described above; and

Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

Service providers who help us run the Service, and who may use the information only to provide their service to us: Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), PayPal (subscription payments), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (text-message delivery), Google (maps and address lookup), and Wistia (video on our marketing pages).

Advertising and measurement partners: we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel on our marketing pages, which shares limited information about your visit and device with Meta so we can measure and optimize our advertising.

Legal and safety recipients, when required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Our use of the Meta Pixel to measure and target advertising may, depending on your jurisdiction, be considered "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out using the controls in "Your privacy rights" below or by enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser.

leadfilteros.com uses cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep the Service secure, functional storage that supports features like the offline lead queue, and advertising and measurement technologies. In particular, our marketing pages use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure and improve our advertising, which sets cookies and shares limited information about your visit with Meta. We keep account and business information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it. Anonymized aggregate data, which does not identify you, may be retained on an ongoing basis.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of it. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you are in the EEA or UK, our legal bases for processing are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, and your consent where required, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. The Service is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
