Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lead Filter (the "Service"), provided by Number One Contractors ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. They are effective as of June 23, 2026.

The Service lets contractors build and host instant-estimate tools, capture and manage leads, and view marketing and attribution reporting. Estimates produced by the tools are approximate and non-binding, and final pricing is always set by the contractor.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the information in your account, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Service is offered on paid subscription plans, currently a Starter plan and a Website plan, billed monthly through PayPal. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your PayPal account until you cancel.

If your plan includes a free trial, you must provide a payment method up front; we charge nothing during the trial and your first charge occurs automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

We may offer promotional or discounted pricing (for example, a limited-time retention offer). Promotional pricing applies for the stated period and then returns to the standard rate automatically.

We may change our prices or plans on a going-forward basis, and will give reasonable notice of material changes before they take effect.

You can cancel at any time from your billing page or your PayPal account. When you cancel, your subscription does not renew, and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the plan lapses. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by using it for any unlawful purpose, interfering with its operation or security, attempting to access it by unauthorized means, or configuring an estimator to mislead consumers. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law.

You retain ownership of the business information, pricing configurations, and content you provide. You grant us the rights needed to host and operate them as part of providing the Service.

You are responsible for your relationship with the homeowners who use your estimator, including for obtaining any consents required to contact them and for the legal notices on your estimator. We provide template privacy, terms, and cookie pages for your estimator as a convenience; they are not legal advice, and you are responsible for reviewing and tailoring them to your business and jurisdiction.

You grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use anonymized, aggregated data derived from activity on the Service, which does not identify you or any homeowner, to operate, secure, improve, and benchmark the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (other than your content), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You may not copy, modify, resell, or create derivative works from the Service except as we expressly permit.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that estimates will be accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content or estimator configuration, your communications with homeowners, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we operate, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes, and your continued use of the Service after they take effect means you accept them.
